1 oignon / onion,
ail / garlic (1 clove),
épinards / spinach (200 g per person),
crème fraîche / cream (1 tablespoonful if it's "crème épaisse", at least 2 if it's "crème liquide" per person),
salt and pepper
You need a big pan because you need a lot of épinards. But once cooked, you won't have so much to eat...
Wash the épinards, remove the stalk.
Faire revenir (sauté) l'ognion, add the garlic.
Add the épinards in the pan.
Reduce the heat, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
You can also steam them and just add salt and pepper.
How do you know when they're cooked ?
When the épinard look like that, then you know they are cooked :
