Épinards must be very fresh so it's better to buy them on an open market.
If you go to a supermarket and can't find good quality épinards, buy them "rayon surgelés". You can choose "en branches" which means "complete leaves" or "hachés" (minced).
How long can you keep them ?
If you buy them fresh, they'll keep only two days in your fridge.
