In France we eat "avocat" mainly in salads, mixed withtomates
andmaïs (corn). Avocat belong to crudités.
Be carefuls, most of the time, if you buy your avocats in a supermarket, they won't be good (too hard, not tasty), try to find an open market selling good quality products.
