Renting a flat is quite expensive in France, because you must pay a caution.
You must pay your « caution » at the same time you sign the « bail », pay for the first month and the « frais
d'agence ».
The amount of a « caution » is 1 month rent « sans les charges » so without all you would pay for the heating and water for example.
What do I do if I have no money to pay the « caution »
?
