How to cook it ?
In a frying pan, pour a spoon of oil, chop an onion and "faire revenir/sauter" the onion.
Peel and cut an apple, cook it for 5 minutes, add the boudin.
Cook it for 10 minutes, low heat.
You don't need to add salt and pepper.
We usually use one onion and one apple per person.
Where can I find it ?
Go to a butcher "boucherie". You won't find any in "rayon libre service" or "rayon frais" (self service).
How can I store it ?
It keeps only a few days in the fridge.
