Banquet

How long will it last ?

Go and see the Christmas section, add a few dances between each course and you might have a good idea !

Is there any kind of traditional food for a wedding ?

It's all in the “pièce montée”. It's the cake. A cake made of “choux” (puffs). Usually at least three for each guest, so you can imagine the size of the “pièce montée”.

What do I do with my “dragées” ?

If you are invited to a wedding, you will receive “dragées” during the banquet.

Do not eat them during the banquet. It's a present, a “souvenir” you must bring back home. In France, we offer “dragées” to the guests each time there's a wedding, a “baptême” (baptism) or a “communion”.

Do you want to try "dragées" ?
