Ingredients :
500 g choux de Bruxelles (Brussels sprouts)
1 oignon (onion)
Ail (garlic)
lardons (bacon)
poivre (pepper to taste)
In a pan, grill the lardons until crisp. Add the sliced onion, crushed garlic and the choux de Bruxelles. Add one cup of stoke or water. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove the lid and simmer
until the liquid is gone and the choux soft. If not, add some more water and cook for 10 mn more. Pepper to taste.
