This one is easy to prepare as long as you buy cardons in a can (otherwise it would take hours and
hours of cooking).
Just put the cardons in an ovenproof dish.
Add a white sauce (béchamel) or just some crème fraîche (cream) on top with salt and
pepper.
Grate some cheese (gruyère).
Grill for ten minutes.
