Ingrédients :
2 cuillères à soupe de farine (tablespoons flour)
4 cuillères à soupe d'huile de tournesol or olive (tablespoons oil)
¼ litre de lait (milk)
If you want, you can also get a ready-to-use Bechamel !

In a pot, mix the flour and oil.
Heat.
Keep on stiring all the time as the flour/oil mix thickens.
As soon as it thickens, add some milk.
Stir again.
When it thickens, add some more milk and so on until there's no more milk.
If the sauce seems to thick, add some more milk or water.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
