Yesterday I introduced the "navettes a la fleur d'oranger" very famous biscuits from the Provence region.
So today, I will introduce the "arome fleur d'oranger" an orange blossom flavouring.
It is used a lot in the traditional French cooking, especially cake and pastry making. We use it very often when we make biscuits, "brioche", cakes, "crepes"...
Is has a very light taste so you can also add some vanilla for example. It has a very nice smell and it is so French !
