120g-4.2 oz plain cooking chocolate

30g-1 oz maïzena (corn flour)

Ingredients from your kitchen

500ml-2 cups milk

70g -2.4 oz caster sugar

15g-0.5 ozbutter

Preparation

Put all the ingredients into a saucepan, stir and mix well.

Heat the liquid until it thickens.

Pour the mixture into small ramekin dishes.

Chill the desserts in the fridge for at least one hour.
