Let's discover France: Oloron-Sainte-Marie

This week, I will take you to the Pyrenees in the South-West part of France, close to Spain.

Last week, when I introduced the new berets Laulhere, I told you that these typical French berets are all made in Oloron-Sainte-Marie (since 1840). So, let's go to Oloron-Sainte-Marie!

Oloron is on the Santiago de Compostela pilgrimage. In the village, you will see the oldest Romanesque church in the Bearn region.

But what you cannot miss, is the smell of chocolate!

Yes, chocolate!

Oloron-Sainte-Marie contains one of the largest chocolate factories of Europe: Lindt & Sprüngli!

And if you visite Oloron, you will notice this lovely chocolate smell in the streets. Isn't it a dream!
