Here is a blette, also "bette", both spellings are ok :
As you can see, it's a big vegetable.
Where to find it ?
You'll find "blettes" in a supermarket or open-market.
This is not a vegetable you can find in can or frozen, it's mainly sold fresh.
How can I cook blettes ?
