How can I cook them ?
Make "pommes de terres sautées" as you would with ordinary potatoes, do not peel them, do not slice them but cut them into bigger pieces. Have them with a green salad.
Where can I find them ?
It's better to get them on an open market, if you can't then you'll find some in a supermarket.
