The various costs to take into account.

If you want to buy a house in France, here are the expenses you must provide in addition to the price of the house :
- The costs of agencies « frais d'agence »;
- notary fees « frais de notaire », which are essential because any purchase / sale must be a notarial deed « acte notarié » ie a signature from a notary,
- all bank charges (Constitution of record for the loan, insurance or mortgage),
- your personal contribution « apport personnel », even if you make a loan from a bank you have to pay 10 or 20% of the price of your home. It is a way to prove your financial credibility to your bank.
