On this site, you'll find links to all the official websites of the French administration.

On the left of this homepage, choose your language you'll get the explanations of the content of each site in English, German or Spanish (but then most of the sites are still in French, sorry). Anyway, at least it gives you important indications about which administration deals with what and who :
