How to use it ?
Grill the "lardons" in a pan.
You don't need to add oil in the pan, with the heat, the fat of the lardons melts and it helps frying.
In France, we use lardons with some fried onions and vegetables.
You can also bake the lardon with a chicken or turkey. Just add some in the dish, it will be more tasty.
You can also make a tartiflette.

Where to find it in a supermarket ?
"rayon charcuterie", with the cooked pork meat. 
Two kinds of "lardons" : "fumé" (smoked) or just "lardons".

How to store it ?
