Hot drinking chocolate

And it's so easy to prepare, this drink will make you think "I had never had drinking chocolate before!".

Ingredients

20g (1oz) Van Houten bitter cocoa powder

1.2 L (2 pints) milk

20g (1oz) caster sugar

If you want… you can add a bag of vanilla sugar, it will add a little bit of vanilla flavor that will go well with this drinking chocolate.

Preparation

Pour the milk, sugar and cocoa powder into a saucepan. Mix well with a whisk to make sure the cocoa powder dissolves.

When the milk starts to boil, lower the heat and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently (the milk must simmer).

To be served piping hot.
